Where do we suggest edits to the specification, for example on line 696 it think it should say “bit is set to 1 if an” and “device has switched”.

1567-etc - should devAddr be DevAddr?
1637-38 - opportunity to fix grammar
2034 - insure should be ensure
2052 - over-hearing should be over-heating

The LoRaWAN specs. are provided by the LoRa Alliance: https://lora-alliance.org/. You can either inform them of any proposed changes, or propose them directly during the TC (Technical Committee) meetings as a member.
