I used LWN simulator to create a device and virtual gateway and giving the port 1700 on gateway bridge. I gave the same device and gateway in the chirpstack but while starting the LWN simulator, I’m unable to see the gateway in Lorawan frames. How to resolve this?
Thanks in advance!
I assume you are using GitHub - UniCT-ARSLab/LWN-Simulator: A LoRaWAN nodes' and network simulator that works with a real LoRaWAN environment (such as Chirpstack) and equipped with a web interface for real-time interaction.. As this is not a ChirpStack component, you (also) might want to ask your question through their support channels.
Have u resolved this issue?
I have attempted to connect LWN Simulator with Chirpstack. Gateway is connected, but the device data is found. What might be the reason? Plz. reply. Thanks.
please answer him we all have more or less the same problem
Are you sure you are looking at the correct device?
Show us the deveui in ChirpStack > Device.
By right, you should ask at the Issues of the simulator github.
I’m using the LoRaWAN simulator and I’ve created a virtual gateway and a LoRa device:
as far as my chirpstack is concerned, I installed all the components and their dependencies from there : Debian / Ubuntu - ChirpStack open-source LoRaWAN® Network Server documentation
As you can see, my device keeps sending “JoinRequests” and I can’t figure out where these errors are coming from.
Here are the logs of my chirpstack.toml and chirpstack-gateway-bridge.toml:
Have you put in OTAA key for device in Simulator and ChirpStack?
There is some errors in the chirpstack-gateway-bridge.
Hello yes I did put the simulator OTAA key (AppKey) in the chirpstack user interface.
Can someone help me it’s quite urgent please
You are better to ask at the library github.
The simulator is not part of Chirpstack.
I tried and I have no answer. Could you help me
