How is the optimal way to send a MAC command via v4.
I have found that it was disabled via api but I am not sure how to implement it with the v4.

Users can not send mac-commands themselves. ChirpStack will send a mac-command when it detects that a device config is out-of-sync with the configuration in the .toml files, when it wants to optimize the data-rate / tx-power, when it requests the device-status, etc…
