Multiple Network Server in one Application Server, and Service-profiles

Hello everyone,

I am learning the LoRaWAN technology and I have one question about the Network Server.
What is the usefulness to create 2 or more Network Servers in the same Application Server ?
Moreover, if I connect the first Network Server to my IPlocalhost:8000, which IP address I have to link to my second Network Server ?

On the other hand, if I select “private gateway” when I create a Service-profile, what is the result ?

That depends on your network architecture. E.g. if you install everything on one machine, you would have to bind the different NS instances to different ports and then use localhost:<PORT> ( replaced by chosen port).
