Multitech Conduit: Error: fail to connect board

Hello everybody.

I have Multitech Gateway with a MTAC-LORA-H-868 Accessory Card. The thing was runnig good. after a power impact (gateway was donw) and starting again, i have the following issue:

the packet forwarder fails to start with the following errors:

ERROR: FAIL TO CONNECT BOARD

ERROR: [main] failed to start the concentrator

Anyone has an idea what this is and can help me with this?

Have you found a solution to this problem? I have the same

actually, not at the moment. i think its a hardware error. i am in contact with the support, but no solution so far. if i get any news i will post the solution here.

unfortunately not. as we have a lot of gateways, this one is useless in the moment.
