Never seen device in chirpstack

Hello everyone, I hope you’re doing well.

I am currently trying to connect my STM32WL55 device, which operates on LoRa, to my Chirpstack server. My Multitech MTCAP3-EN-A23EEA-DEM Gateway is already connected to the server, as you can see in the image above:

Now, I am trying to do the same for my STM32WL55JC1, but when I try to connect it to the server, I get this:

I have tried checking the logs on my Chirpstack server, but I can’t find anything that could help:

It is also important to note that I am using a sample program on the STM32WL55 from the official website: STM32CubeWL - STM32Cube MCU Package for STM32WL series (HAL, Low-Layer APIs and CMSIS, File system, RTOS, KMS, Secure Engine, Sub-GHz Phy, LoRaWAN and Sigfox stacks - and examples running on ST boards) - STMicroelectronics and I am using version 1.0.0 of the software.

You can check and show the GUI of your gateway to see if the gateway receives the packets from the node first.

Then show the screenshots of Events/LoRaWAN Frames of gateway and device in ChirpStack.
Only need simple listing like this.
