Not able Join the network of lorawan devices

Hello all,
Not able to JOIN the network of LoRaWAN via AT command .Lora module rak4630 & Gateway is rak7246. I am done with enabling all chirpstack server.and also i am to login through local host .
my rak4630 is able to send some frequency to gateway rak7246 is also able to accept the join request from lora module devices . but when i see my serial monitor this massage is again and again popping up on serial monitor.
