OTAA Session lost

My device joined with otaa and works fine but after a few hours messages from the device not arrived anymore. I checked the logs an see that there is no session for the device and also on chirpstack you can read “This device has not (yet) been activated.”…

I have device_session_ttl=“6month” in my chirpstack conf.

So something with the saving in the databases should be wrong, I use just the standard config for Postgres and Redis, I changed only the listeners. Any idea?

Have you restarted the services recently, and do you have persistence configured for Redis?
