Ping and keepalive frequency

Hello,
Looking at logs in my gateway, I see there are ping every 10 seconds and keepalive packet every 30s.
I understand it is to keep contact between gateway and gateway bridge.
Is it possible to reduce ping frequency ? in order to reduce data consumption.
I have tried to modify configuration file to do this but it did not work.

Thank you

MQTT keepalive is configurable (search for keep_alive):

I can’t speak to configuring PULL_*.

Please note that these pings are there to keep the gateway in the NAT of your router (if it is behind a router), to make sure the ChirpStack Gateway Bridge is able to send data back to your gateway. Setting the interval too high could cause downlink issues. A better alternative is to install the ChirpStack Gateway Bridge on your gateway and use the protobuf marshaler configuration.
