RAK7249 Gateway to Lorawan configuration

i just bought a rak7249 lora gateway and installed gateway bridge, network-server and application-server to default and im using a RA-01 LoRa SX1278 Wireless Module, 433MHz Wireless Serial Port UART, +20dBm. its already a week and i cant figure out why the application cant retieve data from the lora module. can anyone help me with this. Thank You.

I have no experience with that gateway, but I believe you should set the Gateway EUI, then with the Semtech UDP packet-forwarder selected set the Server Address to the IP of your server on which you have installed the ChirpStack Gateway Bridge and set the up / down ports to 1700.
