Registering IOT devices to a new application server

I had configured my Chirpstack and it was working well and devices were sending data as expected but my cloud got issues and i had to spin up a chirpStack machine.

I have successfully connected the gateways but unfortunately i am unable to receive any data from the IOT devices. What could be the issue?

Could it be that the Device EUIs are cached in the old server?
