Remove End Device from Trusted List

Hey guys!

I have a question about network server behavior.
I have a relay and a relay capable end device, when I add this ED to the relay list in NS, my relay receives the command to add an ED from the trusted list with its RootKeys. If I remove the ED from the relay in NS the relay will also receive the command to remove this ED. But, if I add the ED to the list again, my relay will not receive the new command or the RootKeys, only if it makes a new JoinRequest.

Can anyone help me in this situation?
