SEEED WM1302 by USB instead of PI HAT

Hello,

I am completly new to lorawan and making my thoughts about Hardware Setup - before I buy it.

When all is ok i wanna run it on raspberry pi zero 2 wh - but the pins are already blocked so normal hat isn’t working. I am running quite a few of these raspberrys.

I’d like to connect the lorawan modul seeed wm1302 by usb like in this tutorial Build Your Own LoRaWAN Gateway Using WM1302 Module - Hackster.io

I have found the wm1302 on the supported devices of chripstack but only in the verion of hat not by usb.
Is this possible no run with usb and chirpstack?

Best Regards

Hi Daniel,

Maybe this is solution.

I ma using SPI veriosn, eg HAT. It is working perfectly. Easy installation.
I have only issue with installation of Tailscale…
