Hello, which IoT platform do you recommend for making a mobile app or web app for controlling lights with light controllers in class C?
Actually, we are going to control over 20 luminaires.
P.S. Maybe in the future, make a map to see the distribution of the lights and see if they are on or off

Node-RED can not be considered as an IoT platform, even if the dashboard features are pretty nice. You won’t be able to manage users, access, assets…
That being said, Thingsboard can be a good choice as there is a native integration available in Chirpstack. Thingsboard has a map widget.
Which plan do you recommend us? For 20 end devices ? They are light controllers
