This device has not (yet) been activated

Hi all,

I have a issue when I try to add a new device “nke Watteco” to LoRa Server.
I add a new device and I enter device EUI and Application key
In TAB “LORAWAN FRAMES” I see communication :
“JoinRequest”
“JoinAccept”
“UnconfirmedDataUp”
“UnconfirmedDataDown”
But in TAB “ACTIVATION” I see : “This device has not (yet) been activated.”
I don’t know why, I already try to delete and add device again => Same issue
Restart server => Same issue
Restart gateway => Same issue
I try to add device and uncheck “Disable frame-counter validation” => Same issue
I try to reset and paring again from the device “nke Watteco” => Same issue but I see communication :
“JoinRequest”
“JoinAccept”
“UnconfirmedDataUp”
“UnconfirmedDataDown”
I try to shutdown and turn on the device “nke Watteco” => Same issue

Can you please help me ?

Resolved by factory reset of the sensor “Press’o”.
=> Two quick passages and a very long passage (until the sensor rings for the reset) of the magnet near the reed switch
