Txack event differences with ack event

Hello:

What is the txack (downlink transmission ack) event? And how is this different from the regular ack (Confirmed downlink (n)ack) event?
I’m seeing this txack event every time I have an unconfirmed downlink. But is this sent by the device, or just created by chirpstack?

Thanks
Gus

Hi,
Txack means that the downlink is acknowledged for transmission by the gateway, while ack means that the confirmation was received from the device.
