Ubuntu local_conf.json

Hi guys, looking at setting up Chirpstack on Ubuntu and cant seem to find the local_conf.json file.

Im using the RAK2247 USB pcie card so the packet forwarder is in a different location to /opt/ttn-gateway/packet_forwarder/lora_pkt_fwd.

It doesnt have a local_conf.json file in it. I cant get the gateway to register with the Chirpstack Application server because I think I need to set the gateway ID in the local_conf.json file. Or maybe im just doing it wrong!
