Following the instructions in

I downloaded SD card factory full image for Raspberry Pi Zero W and flashed it on an SD card using Balena Etcher.
My hardware comprises of Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W connected to WM1302 gateway module with the help of a Pi hat.
After inserting the SD card and powering Raspberry Pi, I was expecting to see a WiFi connection ChirpStackAP-XXXXXX as per the documentation. However, I do not see any WiFi AP to connect to and not able to proceed further.
Please help.
