Hello there,
is it possible to change the EU868 RX Channels under the frequency range of 867.1 to aviod interferences with public frequency ranges?

If what you mean is to add new channels to the EU868, then yes, it is possible
please notice that you still have to follow your country legislation

Check for the configurations files, specifically the region_eu868.toml

at the bottom of the file add:

[[regions.network.extra_channels]]
frequency={fs}
min_dr=0
max_dr=5

Replace {fs} by your desire frequency in Hz, restart chirpstack, and that should do the trick, now, as an admin user, in the region tab you should be able to see the new channels
