Wifi not working after installation of OS on Raspi 3b

Hi,
i´m using a Raspberry Pi 3b+, flashed the Base image on an SD-Card and set it up properly. Connection to the ChirpStackAP without problems, was able to login and configure my Wifi-Connection.

But after Save & Apply the Raspberry Pi is no longer online via Wifi. When using Ethernet i can see the Pi and IP address, can connect again. The Wifi is set up, enabled and i tried all settings (changed “reject” to “accept”, 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz, etc.). What is strange: The symbol for Signal Power of the Wifi remains zero, as if there is no Wifi Signal at all?

But every time i disconnect the Ethernet Cable, he is losing its Wifi.What can i do? Sadly not really familiar with the console and commands but trying to learn.

It is a bit tricky to set the WiFi.
Try to connect the Pi to Ethernet. Then open the Web GUI to set the WiFi using the Ethernet IP.
