There, @brocaar suggested “Have you checked the ChirpStack Application Server and / or InfluxDB server logs? That is usually a good start to troubleshoot issues” - did you do that? I think without someone doing that & then posting results to that thread, there isn’t enough to go on or even to determine where the problem is (chirpstack, integration, or InfluxDB).
I don’t use (or know anything about) InfluxDB. That said, I did find a video showing how to integrate V1.7xx InfluxDB with loraserver (which is what ChirpStack used to be called prior to November 2019). Can you see if those steps still work?
